Communication Between Home and School
Newsletters are emailed each Monday outlining what we are focusing on over the course of the week. Occassionally there will be reminders or important information also listed on the newsletter.
I strongly believe in the importance of communication between home and school as well as parental involvement in the educational process. Please don't hesitate in reaching out to me if you have any questions or concerns.
If you are able to, we would love you to be a mystery reader! I also love doing science experiments and projects! At times, I will ask for parent volunteers to come in to assist us with our experiments and projects.

Folders
On the first day of school, your child will be receiving a wrap-around folder. Although your child may not bring projects, notes or assignments home on a daily basis, the folder will still be sent home nightly. Lunch money and notes about a change in dismissal/pick-up time (during KWA time), should be sent in your child's KWA folder.
Lunch
The cost of lunch is $3.00. The lunch menu can be accessed on the Roxbury Schools website. If your child chooses to purchase lunch, please send his or her lunch money in an envelope with their name and lunch choice written on front.
You also have the option of purchasing a lunch card for your child.
Your child may also purchase a snack or Snapple from the cafeteria during lunch.
